Definition for dividend stocks must have the following qualities:-
1. long history, listed at least 5 years
2. consecutive increase of dividend payout- longer the better
3. sizeable and have liquidity - over 1 billion usd market capital and turnover at least 5x my holding size
Definition for aggressive growth stock (aka Conquer the World)
1. innovation - constantly develop new business model
2. potential to become the leader for one or more category
3. stay within a major trend which will carry in the next 5 years
